Flames, you can clearly see that.. Hazard trying to take the ball from the kids left side, obviously because you can see that that's where the ball is and then Hazard kicks the kid in his right side where the ball isn't.
It's absolutely disgraceful, Hazard should be done for assault and a very hefty FA ban should be put in place.
