Yeah think it's about time we beat someone in the top 10, will it be against Arsenal though? Who knows...
My lineup for this game would be the same as aginst Norwich, my only replacement would be Reina for Jones (unless Reina was out due to injury?) Henderson over allen for me, Carragher over Skrtel, Downing over Sterling. Not really expecting a win here but if we can perform simiarly to how we did against Norwich then we may be in for a surprise, would put us level on points with them and allow us to push on for fourth (though it will be difficult but still possible). Going to go for a Draw here 1-1

If we are really progressing we've got to beat this poor gunners side but no matter how good we are bad they are for some reason we always bend over for the gunners...

Think Arsenal will take this 2 - 0 to be honest, we have contrasting styles of play and i think they're better at it so will probably do us, only plus for me is that Mertesacer will probably start CB with the other guy out for the season think Suarez and Sturridge can have some fun with him.

This is a significant game for us, not quite make or break but it is significant. I'd expect them to play a similar game to the one they used against us last time, so the question is can we contain them when they break? that will largely determine the outcome, together with our improved scoring potential. Wouldn't surprise me if it's a 2 or 3 goal draw.However I'll stick my neck out and suggesr we edge it by a single goal.
I would play the side we played against Norwich and go for it, none of this defensive stuff, we can't play that game with our current defense. I agree... 4-4.

I think our barron run against top 10 placed teams will end in the next couple of games. Arsenal were the only team to deservedly beat us of the big teams. We played well against City, Utd and Chelsea (I say well... we matched them) so I think this is the key game. I think we will win. I think the cup game could be good for us giving a few players a rest, and pitting players in the team that are challenging to start (Allen and Henderson together, Sterling and Borini), alongside some players that haven't played much like Carra and Shelvey. I think there should be goals. 3-2 Liverpool with a Sturridge brace would be awesome.

I agree... 4-4. arshavin to score 4 Ha Ha, yes had to stand the whole game last time we did a 4 - 4 and that little git got four kicks at the ball and scored every one of them! Put paid to our chances of the title, anyway with two good attacks (if ours turn up) and two dodgy defences it could well be a repeat, still am hoping we will edge it this time, we are due some revenge!
