no doubt we are improving significantly in recent months and there does seem to be more of a plan. The club is stable and the footy is enetrtaining.
He has managed to get the misfits of Henderson,Downing and Enrique to offer real value to the squad and team. This for me has been is greatest acheivement. Henderson inparticluar could be excellent.
Signings have been positive if a little puzzling. Borini claerly seems better now than when he first arrived, wasn't sure where he would/could play orginally. Allen had a very good 20games then fell away, baring in mind he has played 31games so far and only played 41games last season in total - he is probably a little burnt out.
youngsters look good, Wisdom so far the best. Sterling is exciting but needs more end product. Glad he is getting more rest time.
Reina, Agger, Gerrard, have had a good 2months. Johnson and Suarez have been class all season.
All in all a 7/10 from me. By end of the season he could get an 8/10 if we continue to climb near top 4. reach top 4 and he would get a 9.
