Good win yesterday and we did a bit more than what I expected. The so called deadwood might not be so afterall, but consistency is what will define their quality. It looked to me that we played more 4-4-1-1 and I think we are less vulnerable defensively in such a system, but I know, Norwich is not a reference. Hopefully, BR can have a conclusion on the most suitable system for our squad and also the best team. It's in the next few games that we'll know if we have turned a corner or not, but happy with the result.

we looked so much better in the centre of the park, forward-wise.....loved the dummy for the luis goal...showed great awareness.....the confidence that instilled was noticeable too. The flanks looked more confident and sg too. A lot of its confidence and when a part of the teams spine is improved it breeds good things all around. I know it was norwich not spurs but still, the footie was great for 75 minutes and we were ace. When utd do that we all look on in awae, yet when we do it people dont give it the cred it deserves. Admittedly, we need to beat top 10 sides, but still...

Listen it was a very nice result but come on let's not get carried away it was Norwich City, if you can't win and look good against them who can you against, we still can't beat a top half of the table team...

Yeah great performance yesterday, what I liked most was the continued improvement from Henderson and Downing and of course the great start from Sturradge.
Gerrard was world class as usual, including Suarez, so if we can get this level of performance on a more regular basis we'll still be in with a shout for that 4th spot. Having said that we still need a HB, FB, a striker and a creative midfielder to compete with the very top teams though.
