I think experience is needed, but not amongst the playing staff. We have Gerrard, Johnson, Skittles, Agger, Reina, Suarez, Carra, Lucas...they all have more than enough experience.

However we are lacking experience desperately in 2 departments, namely ownership and management. The lack of experience with footballing franchises from FSG is obvious and the lack of managerial experience from BR is too. I like the guy And believe he has some great ideas, also I like the fact that he isn't scared to make changes early on. The thing is, against teams with managers with experience, i.e united, city, Arsenal BR's lack of experience shows and it is hurting us.

FAO..FSG/BR....take the below advice and LFC will become a force in world football...again

We've got some young guys full of potential, that need players to look up to more. Sterling, Henderson, Suso, Shelvey and even Allen to an extent need players that make them improve.
