For the first time yesterday, Suarez looked a little tired and uninterested at points. I really hope he isn't getting sick of playing with average players.

if he is then at least on the rich vein of form he's in, we'd easily fetch £60m for him, as his contract is so long and protected, only 5 clubs could realistically afford that, but i'd sell to only foreign clubs. Would be a vast profit and have a bit more to spend, as the Torres fee which we recieved we were allowed to keep and reimburse from the owners, which i'm sure they'd do again.
why should we only sell to a foreign Club, why not to just whoever gives us a decent wedge for him...

Because he would be a nightmare to play against!

Many of players say how difficult he is to deal with in training becasue he's that good....I agree that we should only sell to a foreign club.
i don't go along with that, when he goes in the summer it will only be to one of the top Clubs abroad or one of the big four here, as we are not rivals to the big four here, he will not really hurt us even if he scores against us, what I mean is he won't damage our League position as he and his new club will have a different agenda to ours. Now if he signed for Everton, Spurs maybe, Newcastle, Stoke or West Brom then he would directly have an effect on our our season' s outcome as they are rivals...

because we know how good he is, would you want him to play for City and Skrtel/Agger defend against him?, I know i wouldn't, i'd be frightened just like every other defender in the league currently is of him.

sell him to Real, as there seems to be a connection, McManaman went there in 99, Owen shortly after, then Alonso and Arbeloa, next Suarez for me, but it won't be this summer coming, it'll be next summer i think, if he were to leave.

so what if he plays and scores for one of the big four against us, how will that effect our season, it's the results against the Clubs around us which are important, we can afford to lose against the big four and still finish in our predicted position. I really don't understand fans points of view in not selling Suarez to another English Club, what would you rather have 35 million or so off Madrid or 40 odd million of City, no brainier City's extra money will benefit the club more and help us to get a better replacement, we should want him to go to City as they can offer most money, Liverpool fans ideas baffle me at times...

we have to sell our best players because like it or not our Club is no longer at the top of the food chain and in football the bigger more powerful Clubs take your best players, just the way of the football world am afraid. I don't know how old you are but if you can remember when we were one of the big Clubs we used to take the best players off other Clubs, Kenny Dalglish of Celtic, Graeme Souness off Midlesborough, Peter Beardsley off Newcastle and John Barnes off Watford, we have even just recently took Carroll, Downing and Henderson off there Clubs even tho there Rubish for us, none of these Clubs wanted to lose there best players but because we are bigger and more Powerful we took them, Suarez will be no different in the summer so it's not about wanting to keep them it's about facing footballing evolution...

I'd say Sunderland and Newcastle were only too delighted to sell to us at those prices

yep have to agree and Villa with Downing, Portsmouth with Johnson, Spurs with Robbie Keane, Roma with Aqualani and Swansea with Joe Allen you could throw Roma in again with Borini...
