The irony is he constantly suggests everyone else here alters fact to suit their argument... reeeally needs a hobby.

well said faz i dont follow every post he made but from what i have seen he is polite and gives his opinion contravesal sometimes but so what in the main he makes sense and has a lot of knowledge. i cant see the issue with people who seem to want everyone to agree with them whats the point of that?

look luis suarez handled the ball and the ref give it , he is a pro footballer and he has been bad in the recent past or should i say controversial in his play for uruguay , ajax and liverpool , and also this season he has played great scored goals , if it was deliberate or not he did it got away with it , he has dived and not got away with it , but i do think if suarez was at everton or manchester united liverpool fans would be calling him a cheat , but we all have to admit he is this sort of player he will play great but has baggage .

let me put it another way if he had of done that for us at old trafford none of us would have an issue.

1. not sure every other person outside of liverpool fans condemned him and i don't think you can factually back that up. i think it's highly embarrassing that you have skewed this assumption to make it look like a fact in order to back up your argument (which simply isn't based on fact).

2. the vast majority of league footballers are cheats.

3. the vast majority of fans at every club will back their players even if they have dived/fouled/gotten sent off etc. this is not uniquely a LFC pursuit. if you find this kind of behaviour embarrassing, you must find almost every football fan out there to be an embarassment.

4. agree with the other posters. joecool seemed ok to me. didn't really abuse any other poster as i can recall. agreed with some of his stuff, disagreed with others....life goes on. if you are, indeed, joecool....welcome back to the forum. (i might disagree with some of your opinions, but that's no reason to fall out!)

let me put it this way, i hope he does it a old trafford and gets away with it...lots of times!

I know I quoted you, but what I said in my post wasn't aimed at you. I don't think he deliberately tried to cheat. His arm was up and it was an instinctive reflex. When it hit him, he moved his arm back as quickly as he could. It happened to quickly it was impossible to avoid. I don't think the handball was deliberate. It was unavoidable. However, he gained a clear advantage from it so I don't believe it should have stood at all.

These handballs happen in football - it doesn't make the person a 'cheat' or a horrible individual. They're instinctive. When they happen to you, you kind of go "F*CK IT." and that was the sort of reaction I saw on his face after it and when he kicked the ball at the net in frustration.

Why anybody would want to paint him out as some sort of villain over it it beyond me. Nobody with a clear mind would do that. Only those harbouring an ill grudge.

I had nothing to do with him or any other user being banned, for the record. The forum rules are there to be adhered to, and the reason he's continually banned is because he continually breaks them. Anyway, someone asked a question, and nobody else answered him, so I was just answering the question. End of.

Look, I agree. He doesn't abuse other posters, generally. He severely abuses certain players or managers that he doesn't like, because he knows it'll bait other people and rile them up. I don't want him gone from this forum. I've said before, that I agree with a lot of what he says, but I disagree with a lot too - mainly his attitude and outlook - that doesn't mean it's wrong - just that I don't share it.
