Loan deals might be all our poor American inept owners could afford. We were in a good position for 4th last year remember, They didnt invest then. Saved like £15 million on wages in that summer from clearing out. Did the same again this summer. They haven't got the money for the stadium as they agreed when taking over. Haven't stayed true to their word they we have the klout to compete with anyone. Why would they invest? Given their track record?
