Rodgers ought to be playing a striker upfront instead of Shelvey as his finishing has been woeful lately, Yesil, Morgan, Ngoo or Pacheco for me.

Yesil just came back from injury and only came on for 20 mins 2 days sago, Pacheco will be leaving the club in January, Ngoo defo not ready yet. Morgan would be the best of that bunch but he won't play. It will be Shelvey. I'm 99% certain of it.

Pacheco leaving in January is no reason for him to not play today, Joe Cole still gets games after all.

Yesil managed to score his first goal during his Cameo, A good chio over the keeper as well. He is prob the one who if fit I would like to have seen play. But again I'm not sure he's ready and we have already seen 4 players promoted from the under 21's this year alone. Can't push them to far too quickly. I'm just happy we have the youth in place for the future. A draw would be a good result a win would be outstanding. We haven't had back to back wins since this time last year. Could today be the day we break that duck? EDIT: Apparently Morgan is on the Bench, He just retweeted it!!

I'd like to see
Johnson and Enrique bombing forward linking with Assaidi and sterling.
Play Lucas Allen and shelves in middle and play Gerard up top. Can always swap it around if its not working. Be interesting to see who is on the bench.
