You have to to admit, he makes a fair point though. Would you really like a player who'd been banned for racism and biting an opponent, cheated in the world cup and dives far too often? I know I certainly wouldn't. But as he's a Liverpool player I (like many others) happily overlook some of aspects of his character.

Got banned from school for smoking in the hallways, when I was younger i bit me neighbour over a petty fight and made him cry, I dont Dive however if Ireland were in the world cup quarter finals i'd handball the ball on the line too.... It would be hypocritical for me not to like him. I think Cantona is a great he kicked a fan, Maradona is one of the best and he's a former cokehead and he also scored a goal with his hand, Terry shagged his team mates missus... All fine examples of very good footballers not been the best behaved, and are you suprised? Not really. From 17 or 18 there on mega money and dont need to worry about anything bar football, education, common courtesy and manners mean nothing to them.

Just like Bellamy, he's one of those players you're glad you have on your side. I always hated Gary Neville, but I respected the hell out of him.

Suarez is one of the most competitive players I've ever seen in my life. He has an attitude of 'win at all costs'. Like in the World Cup when he handballed on the line, got sent off, and Senegal missed the resulting penalty. He was shown on the sideline jumping up and down celebrating. He said afterwards that given the chance, he'd do it all over again. He's all about winning. That's a positive attitude, and it's what you need to become successful.

No there is the original Stanley Park but joecool used his name in one of his former guises. He's been banned under everyone of those names but keeps coming back with his pessimism. I can only guess he does it for fun

craney imo was a different person and from what a remember he was ok.

as for the tackle it looked like a bad tackle when i saw it on MOTD and i felt it was deserving of a red card

Craney was a psychopath, I dont think it was deliberate to be honest but the laws of the game state he should have gone because the boot was raised... buy why are our fans giving out that we got a lucky decision for once
