Well you compared Suso and Assaidi, so I figured you thought I was talking about playing Suso there :-P

I'm not sure about Sahin. I wouldn't be too put out if he started, but I think Suso deserves a start more from recent performances, and Assaidi has impressed me whenever he's played - I think he's a bit hard done by to have not seen more playing time. Shelvey has been a mixed bag lately. I thought he did well in his last game but he's been really poor in a few games before.

That would be my second choice line up. I just feel that Assaidi deserves a start more than Shelvey at the moment, and also that Suso would be better in the AM position that WF.

thats sounds like a plan to me.

Dont think Shelvey is good enough for first team yet. Would play sahin

+1. Assaidi deserves a premier league match afterr his Europa performances. He's dangerous. I don't really fancy Suso on the wings myself. Assaidi has more pace,and we could use Suso's vision in the centre. With the guile of the pair of them plus Suarez and Sterling, I think we would look very dangerous going forward.

Wigan wouldn't be the best defensive unit and Assaidi could definitely shine. They wouldn't be the most physical of teams (Caldwell aside) so it might be an ideal opportunity to play him.

Given Downing's performances as a wingback, I think this might work pretty well. I would also like the formation Suso just put up.

We could be even more vulnerable to a counter attack in that formation do you not think?

I think so. Also, I wouldn't fancy Enrique at CB. I thought he did really well against Chelsea in an advances position. Under this formation he's be 3rd in line down the left hand side behind Downing and Assaidi.

Under that formation (which it's quite possible BR may stick with it) I'd rather play Enrique in Downing's place and put Coates or Wisdom in the back 3. Also, Agger is injured, so he won't be playing.
