Personally I think there is an element of fixing by the refs/linesman. In the goal mouth technology it seems to me beyond comprehension as to why blatter and his goons are dragging there heels.
It is soooooooo blatantly obvious the linesman flagged to rule out Suarez goal just because he wanted to disallow the goal. I mean what did he see ?? All video footage shows LS about 3 yards on side. MATCH FIXING!!!!
