Haha - your desperate attempts to be contrary to everything written on this site have put you in a defenseless position this time old chap. I know you thrive on it but sometimes you just look daft playing the devil's advocate for the sake of it. Just accept that the majority view on this incident is actually the correct one - it won't hurt your psyche and we'll all still respect you - honest!

Have you responded to the right message/person? I'm not sure I know what you're referring to.
For the record I have no desire to be contrary to anything in particular. I just tend to disagree with the majority because the 'majority' genrally don't think things through - they just follow the popular opinion without giving it much thought. I stand by a previosu comment which no one has given a decent answer for......."IF everyone is against us, WHAT is their motive/incentive".

I saw this today and it made me a feel a bit embrassed to be associated with certain types of LFC fan:

"To all you Liverpool fans who think you haven't won the league for over 20 years because you think it's the linesman fault, the refs fault, Fergie's fault, Injuries to players, Hitting the woodwork, Media and FA conspiring against you, Fixture list, Souness, Houllier, Evans, Dalglish, Hodgson, Rodgers, The Owners past and present, no one cares anymore! You used to be the best now your not. That's just the way it is. Why can't you accept that you have fallen a long way from the top and it's NOT everyone else fault?!"

Sadly, I agree with all of the above comment.
