The funny thing is that earlier this Fergie was talking about how united had bad decisions go against them at the bridge, and yet, no big deal and he gets calls go for him. Once Rodgers does the same thing, the refs won't take it. Bull Shiit!

If anything it could have been a free kick to Everton for Coates climbing on the back of the Everton defender, but offside??? No way!!!
On the other hand we could easily have gotten a pen against us when Shelvey seemingly axed Baines down at our by-line.
Also when you look at the Opta stats from the game you can see that Everton clearly dominated the game.
Apart from the goal we were robbed of I think a 2-2 draw would have been a quite fair result. Before the game I'd have settled for a draw, and despite us throwing a 2 goal lead away, I'd still have taken a draw, because it wouldn't have been the fair result, but to have the 3 points snatched away at the end in that matter, stings. Agreed, that's exactly how I feel too. By the way: Jones' mistake on the first goal ended up costing us 2 points! What a needless mistake that was! Punching the ball into the exact area on the whole pitch where you shouldn't! Why didn't he just steer the ball out over the by line to a corner?  I wonder might that be enough to let Pepe back into the number 1 spot..
