sounds wrong to ask that question when if he had had the right owners backing him I am sure he would of won the league.

sounds wrong to ask that question when if he had had the right owners backing him I am sure he would of won the league. well maybe if brendan got the millions benitez got and dalglish got maybe he would win the league , and lets get it right under H&G benitez bought torres, babel,benayoun,mascherano , keane, aquilani ,dossena(record transfer) and johnson all very big money signings

Trust you to stick the knife in  come in to the f**k off thread its good fun. but its the truth sorry iof you dont wish to see it , yes benitez bought them very good but its not his legacy not by a long chalk , his legacy is aquilani, voronin, dossena(record transfer) to name a few . That's because you have such hatred for the man that you fail to see what good he did for the club! We all agree he made some errors in transfers but tell me a manager that hasn't?

£100m spent for 2 squad players and apparently Rodgers was trying to move Downing and Henderson on in the summer.
A scandalous waste of a huge budget.
