disagree there .downing is finished. id give borini more time but he needs to score goals. we dont need anther play maker, we need a goal machine. thought an upgrade to kuyt but atleast kuyt would put in 1 of 3-4 chances he used to get...btw hes firing there in turkey if anyone read

how many times have we seen "signs" though, thats what im skeptical about.
ive spent too many years oooing and ohhhhing at missed chances, talking about what might have beens. that was a city performance we should have finished off based on he way we were playing.... but we didnt. not only that, we had an embolism for the two goals. whats that about?

Man City was there for the taken today. By far we were the better side but yet again the self destruct button was pressed. A combination of bad finishing and defending cost us 3 points. Have to say that the team were fantastic bar the usual mistakes that BR cant plan for. Feel sorry for the manager as team selection/tactics were spot on. Special mention to Joe Allen who had a 100% pass rate right up to the 77th minute, quite amazing. Jon-jo Shelvey another who was fantastic today as was young Sterling. Play like this the rest of season without the errors and we should be more than capable of a 4th place finish.
