the club simply cant afford this. we are not in a position to be nursing managers, nursing players, nursing owners. this needs to turn around now, if the owners dont have the cash to do it, then maybe the people who rescued us from gillet and hicks are the same people who are trapping us from keeping up with the jones's. What about nursing ill-found grudges? i dont know what that means?

But that's understandable Kop given that there are so few positives.
I think BR warning that a similar result could (will) happen again sends out entirely the wrong message. to fans, players and opponents.

Lads I am not for one second trying to compare BR to Fergie but the following makes interesting reading.
I think it shows the rewards that can be reaped from having patience and faith.
Fergie came to United in November 1986.
He won his 1st trophy, the F.A. Cup in 1990.
He didn't win his 1st League Title until 1993.
His league finishes in his 1st 6 seasons were as follows:
86-87 11th
87-88 2nd
88-89 11th
89-90 13th (just outside relegation places @ Xmas)

no one gets that kind of time now. even ferguson wouldnt get that time, and if we are going to start applying the ferguson rule then roy should still be in charge.

Liverpool now BR not Swansea..tick tock tick tock. So what are you proposing? Sack BR after one league game? yes and bring in the dream team co-management pairing of rafa and kenny.  seriously i think everyone is just gutted after all the optimism and if we play deadly and beat city next week BR will be a God. just such a downer performance and his comments don't help matters.
