yep. i hope it's true. saw him playing with galatasaray a couple of weeks ago in the europa league and he was outstanding. he was quoted saying this yesterday:

"When I've finished my business at Galatasaray, I will be happy to play in Europe and represent my country there," said Arda.

"I most want to play at Liverpool because of the culture of the club and the fans - and the fact that they have red shirts attracts me."

yeah turan is quality. i don't think kuyt would be such a loss. we're liverpool football c$lub. players like kuyt are not what our club about. sure he works hard. but i'm irish. and rep of ireland team always puts in effort, has moral victories but in reality just not good enough.
