i don't care how bad we are playing, in fact i have always believed the worse the team is playing the more noise the supporters need to make to help them ...... it just seems these days too many people go to watch rather than support
I think that if football players were on performance related pay we would see a marked improvement in our team. Not sure how this could be implemented though.
It is a two way thing the fans need to spur the players on and vice versa we need to have a more settled approach in the club all the current problems we have had have not helped. I still think we have a good team and an excellent manager yes he has faults that need addressing but it it hardly surprising not having full control.
I think it will be 2-1 tonight and whether we win the title or not we are still the best club ever.
the arsenal team under george graham used to get very small salaries (for top flight footballers) but their win bonuses were huge and it worked for them (well how else would such crap win so many league titles!!!)
