The extremely alarming thing is that people are always talking up our academy and praising the youngsters. If they were that good how come so few of them get a chance and when they do appear they generally look sh!te? Any player that can't get a game ahead of henderson, adam or spearing should give up and look elsewhere for opportunities.

the only players that have a chance of making it here at liverpool is sterling, suso and robinson and that new 16 year old we got. all four are class. the likes of morgan and coady IMO have no chance, they only thing going for them are they are local boys.

I think the manager has to have more balls and give one or two of them a chance throughout a season. Look at Welback and Sturridge and how they developed in just one season of playing with the seniors. The club doesn't give young talent a chance through a full season its just a shame. Kelly has progressed but even he has limited time now when he should be given more and more opportunities to establish him as a good 1st team player.
