Never complain about 3 points. It does not matter how we got the points today. We have gone to Goodison, played better & lost.

By the way, how thick are Everton at corners. They play a striker on the keeper to make sure he does not come out for the ball. Only problem is our nearest player is on the 6 yard line & he is instantly offside if a header is won. Clueless!!

Mind you, if that wasn't bad enough some of my Bluenose mates couldn't believe offside was given.

agreed trepie. the rebuild will take a few games, but results are all that counts for now to get the confidence up.

its nowhere near as bad as those days - stewart is the worst player i have ever seen in the flesh ..... he was a complete embarrassment - he makes kuyt seem like a skilled player

speaking of which , another important goal from the Kuytster yesterday. he gets an a lot of flack on here for a player who is fully commted and never ever complains. Hopefully he gets back in form we get a few more trade mark last ten minute goals from him.

kuyt shouldn't be in the team at the moment - his first, second and third touches are all awful, and they are way better than his passing at the moment ...... it is about time he was dropped and given a break to sort his game out

Granted he has been off form the last couple of months, but prior to that he has more than compensated for his lack of fine touches with an unequalled work rate and numerous crucial goals.

im quite happy to see him on the team sheet.

EVERY player should work that hard for the team - he should not be in the team for that alone ....... you have to ask if a proper right winger might create and score more goals than him surely? i mean he is losing us possession so often with his wayward passing and poor touches ..... a player with good touch and skill would enable us to hold onto possession and improve our all round play

this is the major problem at Liverpool at the moment, we have a whole bunch of players off form (carragher, gerrard, skrtel, kuyt) and yet they play every week ...... there is no incentive for them to improve ..... we need to drop underperforming players to give them a kick up the arse ...... but of course that will never happen as we would end up playing kids and might lose a bunch of games ...... except that we have already lost so bloody many because of how bad the players there are playing! kids could hardly do worse than the run we were on could they??

well they could because we would get hammered in games, the belief in the club would slide, bigger names on bigger salaries would sod off and then we would really be in the can.
the performace this season was unforseen, and has been a bit of an enigma, but that said, if we roll ourselves out of it then there wont be so much panic amongst fans. wyhat has impressed me most over the last few months is the unity amongst players and manager, and everyone else in the club. that would not be there if there wasnt quality, ability, a plan going forward, potential, and chemistry. they're a team that still believes even when some supporters, pundits and press don't. that kind of belief doesnt come easy and should be revered.

hmmm you obviously haven't been watching us then! all these constant little whines to the press from every single player - ok you expect the likes of babel and voronin to bitch but when you have gerrard moaning about the sale of alonso then there is a problem ...... he should have gotten a slap over the wrists for that - these players seem to forget they are representing the club not themselves!

i have belief that our team is good enough - but not our squad ..... i have belief that if our players were performing we would be challenging for the title ..... but the facts are that they aren't - and even when players are playing badly they won't get dropped because they are steven gerrard or because they 'work hard'
