Ok first things first this is not a Henderson bashing thread.

This lad obviously has potential if he was a great player for sunderland (premier league proven) and is the england under 21 captain.

So question is why hasn't it worked out for him this season?

The right option is to loan him out but not sure our squad is strong enough.

He isn't a right winger so in my opinion no point in sticking him there.

Tough call and maybe we are expecting too much of him too soon.....i.e Lucas.

At the moment, he doesn't deserve to wear the red shirt in my opinion, he is very limited always passes backwards which gets me mad. I have never seen him do a few forward passes in the game. I think he is in the same position as Shelvey was, he needs a loan to rediscover his form. Shelvey should be ahead of him.

I really like Hendo but feel he is getting caught up in a season of mistakes and bad management.
We tactically look so confuse at times.

He wasn't really a great player for Sunderland. Had a decent spell of form for a while but apart from that he was unheard of

I disagree. I would have Shelvey ahead of him

Shelvey may be a bit of an argument but he is better than spearing ability wise.

Shelvey on ability and form is well ahead of Hendersen at the moment.
