VanGaal: like Wenger he can develop players, committed to a passing style, good record with Ajax, Barca, ByernM, but doesn't do defense and his man management is $#!T, he is the best option for a long term plan.
Mourinho: nobody likes him and we don't need to like him, he simply the best at a league campaign
