i sure did buddy. i was the 1st one to pass my test out of my mates so it was that bit special. i would fill it up with £5 petrol pretty much every day ( the same as £10 petrol today). my mates would chip in and we would go for a road trip. HAPPY DAYS

'Modified Cars.Com.' would suggest you were a member of some sort of group/gang/club or summat?
When I said 'cruise', I meant did you all meet up to show yu cars off in a car park and then all pose around town in a convoy?
I think that's what happened/happens iirc?

Me and my mates used to club together to lob a couple of gallons (60p )in the ole beast to get us from 1 pub to the next.
Managed to squeeze up to EIGHT in that monster ^^^up there^^^, and occasionaly one in the boot.

i was never a part of a cruising gang. i have always been to sensible ( my wife says tight ) with money to spend hundreds/ thousands of pounds doing up a car. i am someone that rather buy i nice car ( audi,bmw etc) for £4000 then spend £4000 on a corsa. to me its crazy.

i had a amp, subs and alloys but thats about it.

Got me new baby, and it's all tucked up in its new nest 3 miles from here.
I may have to take her out for a drive tomozo.
Might nip over to Wrexham to see if the previous owner's in, hopefully with some more paperwerk and stuff for me.
