Andy Carroll is my little pony and polly pocket rolled into one, with down syndrome.
I just can't, I just can't, I just can't control my feet! I just can't, I just can't, I just can't control my feet! I just can't, I just can't, I just can't control my feet! I just can't, I just can't, I just can't control my feet!
Don't blame it on sunshine, don't blame it on moonlight, don't blame it on the good times, BLAME IT ON THE DALGLISH!

very quick and he's centered on goal, all the time, sounds daft but downing is rarely centered on the goal, he scores only when it would be difficult not to score, ie he is not ruthless at all, and he either persists trying to go wide round a fullback who is pacier or he dribblese but only across face of goal to pass it backwards to adam or some other fool, good player downing, but young was better option, sterling better still

Caroll against QPR was hilarious.
We was trying to get back into the game, where was he? Left wing, about mid way, picking up a backwards pass from Gerrard.
This striker has well and truly been destroyed by Dalglish and that is my biggest criticism of Kenny. He was a totally different player at Newcastle. He could actually run and latch on to through balls AND FINISH.
Kenny has turned him into some sort of set-piece defending defender/striker, who tracks back at every occasion, drops deep and tries his best to win flick on's from useless punts up the field.
A wasted player, he was a machine at Newcastle, overpriced YES, but all clubs were looking at him before we signed him.
He had "something"

Wouldn't say Sterling got a proper debut. Bringing him on the 84th minute hardly inspiring!

I don't get this thread either, wakka. Sterling has been good for the youth, and we're out of the race for 4th, so giving him a few minutes here and there will help him. It will also help others like Flanagan and Shelvey, who also played today and who didn't need their mum in the papers.
And frankly Sterling played very well. Well said. I read several threads which suggested that Kenny blood some new lads since we were out of the race for fourth for sure, and he's clearly come to the same conclusion. Good for him. We didn't get to see much of Sterling, but he certainly seems a quick little bugger, and I hope to see more. (Preferably in place of Henderson...permanently)

Arsenal realized this at the start of the season so did man united.
Where are these teams in the league again?
