What he'll firstly concentrate on & build, is our first team. Once he's done that to a significant level of quality, where by we are consistantly beating teams that we should be beating. He'll start giving game time (last 20mins,etc) to the promising youngsters at the end of matches we're comfortably winning. "I've Enjoyed Every Minute. Shaunbaa Unregistered S	I was kidding i feel we should bring in the youngsters for a couple minutes here and there but the boss spends more time with them so we have to trust his judgement
