I think every fan will be angry if we get knocked out next week, to me its more important than todays derby game because the league is over for us. We can climb higher maybe 6, but 4th is not happening with our rollercoaster form. I was very happy when Kenny won us the league cup as we needed a trophy badly. The FA cup will be extra special. If a manager wins you 2 trophies in one season, I think you must give him another chance at the league. I would definitely give him another crack but signings have to improve if we are going to improve in the league.

IfI we win the FA cup then KD should definately stay!
I actually think we need a couple of players to complete a relatively good squad! 1 x right winger and a striker who can finish a but more clinically! I don't think we have played that bad this season but our inability to put the ball between the post instead of into the post has cost us dearly! In many games we have dominated the play but just haven't been able to finish and this needs to be sorted. The players have only been together for less than a season and barring the past few league games I have seen them gel together quite well. With another pre season under their belts and a couple of quality new additions I think we will improve dramatically!
Yes KD has made some errors but the players attitudes on the pitch needs to improve and they should also be accountable. I don't think it's their ability but more their attitude!

i think blaming one person is ridiculous and nieve. Players should be watched, scouted and researched to see if they fit into the club philopsophy and playing style. It's not just Kenny and we would be nieve to think it is. If i was Henry I would sit down at the end of the season with the scouting/purchasing team(Kenny, Commoli etc) and frankly ask what happened to my money. It doesn't have to be Abramovich style but certainly some players have done well and others floundered.
certainly some players have been successes - Suarez, Enrique and Bellamy whilst others have been poor Carroll, Adam,Downing and to a lesser degree Hendo. With Coates non discript.

The club decided on a youth/potential policy so what is the verdict - Hendo, Carroll, Coates have in my view not improved significantly over the season and never come close to matching performances at previous clubs. They do have time but the growth curve is a shallow one so far.

we want to avoid bringing in another 7 players next season and go through the pain of bedding in, 2/3 max at the xpense of Maxi, Aurelio and maybe Kuyt. BUT this would mean the lads above being up to scratch and frankly so far they are not. Kelly and Spearing have shown clearly the right attitude to succeed, all 3 could learn a lesson.

I think.players like fabio, kuyt,maxi, will.move on.in.the Summer, carra squad player, that is 4 players out,

Starting 11 needs at least 4 quality players added to it.
And another 3/4 young talented players to be signed to make the whole squad stronger.

All in all, 7/8 players need to be signed in the summer

8 players ? firstly whose going to put their hand in their pocket ? John Henry? second what about the 6 we just signed?

i would be more then happy if we got two top players that are going straight into our 1st team. i would be over the moon if we got 3 but two is probably more realistic. i think 2 1st team players and maybe 2 fridge/ young players

Stan, top quality players cost money, I think 4 r needed just make our poor starting 11 strong

If the owners want a cl.place, they need to spend money again, but the manager needs to spend it on quality players.
No more hendo, Adam type British average, 1st team players for me .these players are ideal.squad players.

Players like ie Hoillet, nzoniz, m Davies, who will not cost a lot and improve the quality of the squad.

Players like marin, javi m, hummels, banega, erikson will vastly improve our poor starting 11.

To be successfully , need to spend money on the right type of quality players, that fit into ur formation, style of football.

I would much rather we blow 50-60m on world class rather than 7-8 average players.
