Flames I'm a kd man too, and see the good work thats been done and the potential going forward BUT for me we lacked one thing all season, an out and out finisher to work with suarez and instead of getting one , all kd spouts is the squad is fine blah blah

yea but he has to, there is nothing he can do about it now anyway, the summer transfer will tell everything and we will have a much clearer picture. i was hoping we would sign a striker in jan too, i think it might have been the plan, but i have a feeling the decision was made to hold out for a specific target or two rather than taking another punt on a maybe in the jan window.

Famous Liverpool supporter mantra coming up....I really think we are 1 or 2 signings from being a serious force.....winger (? Sterling) and a goalgetter.
1 more thing I don't feel utd squad is that much better than ours and look where they are!!!

yea bt again, like wenger at arsenal, they have had the same manager in charge for a lot longer, so there is a deeper meshing of the squad and understanding of the sytem.

I'm the same as you Flames, I try really hard to support the team but my patience is getting sorely tested.
But in reality today the difference between 3 points and 0 points was the thickness of a post twice.
RVP had two chances today and scored twice. A world class finisher
We dont have an eqivalent.
What confuses me is why Carrol doesnt start.
We have a £35million pound striker who gets a run out 3 minutes into injury time.
Now is he that bad in training or are we that negative at home.
What do you think?
