with the exception of roy, look how much time all the other managers got, you have to give him longer, the potential is there, the signs of improvement is there, you cant say its the wrong direction.

For me, sacking the manager is not the answer. Just make sure the right players a brought in this summer for once. I'm still supporting Kenny and the team but things must change for the better.

Henderson had one of his better games for us, but sadly still only worth a 5/10. Just goes to show how abysmal he really is. Players of this cost, calibre and subsequent constant inclusion will be kenny's downfall.

I don't think we should sack the manager but only because there is no other candidate. For me Dalglish is merely an interim he did a good job streadying the ship but we are heading nowhere at the moment. If you think otherwise then you are just trying to convince yourself.

The problem is, Kenny's also shown worrying signs that he's not up to it too. The signings just haven't come of and his media skills are very poor. He answers every question as if it's a hand grenade... kind of treating even the most simplest of questions with suspicion. I don't think he should be sacked or leave just yet. But there does need to be a serious review at the end of the season. The problem is, us fans may say 'ok, give him another season' but what will the American businessman be thinking? I would love to see him stay for a few years and be a storming success... but with each game that passes without signs of improvement it becomes less likely. All that money spent and no nearer to champions league? Plus all the grief that came the club's way over the handling of the Suarez stuff? Will they give him more of their money to spend if there's a renowned European coach available?

It's a killer blow today because we will not make the top 4 now and i honestly couldn't see us getting it anyway but allways had hope now I have to be honest and say we have no chance the league is a write off now and i just hope that norwich and Sunderland don't get past us aswell now as a 8th or 9th place finish will kill confidence so right now i would take 6th . But the most worrying thing is that chelsea and arsenal will finish above us and they have had there worst seasons for years . The hardest thing to take is we played brilliantly today and was by far the better team but that has been the case nearly all season and that can't keep being a positive and we have to find out why we control games and can't finish them off its becoming a big problem and there is only so many times we can say it will come soon and someone will get hammered etc .
On another note I thought everyone was good suarez was brilliant and looked back to his best downing was good and looked a threat Henderson was a lot better and showed what he is capable off when given his preferred role spearing was excellent can't say anyone was poor but Reina is starting to [oops] me off it seems nearly every shot on target goes in I know most he can't do anything about but he just doesn't make any real top draw saves like most other keepers make and he looks very dodgy and slow to react maybe harsh but just my observation of him this season . Let's just hope we can win the fa cup and at least take 2 trophys away to gloss over a poor seasonbin the league

But the potnetial isn't there otherwise we'd be seeing some signs of it. Let's be brutally honest, the majority of kenny's signings have been crap over the season, and with no excuses of settling into a foreign country that we can cling to in the hope that things will be better next season. And if the reserves were as good as some people are hoping then we'd have seen them in the squad by now. Any reserve midfielder that isn't getting a game ahead of Henderson, spearing, adam clearly can't be much 'kop'. Kenny is being fiercely loyal to some really poor players (understandable considering the money he wasted on them) but he needs to stand down for the good of the club - only a change in manager will result in the necessary change of players required to move us away from mediocrity.
