Very rare now, and the Sunny version even rarer.
Most have/had been chavved up to the eyeballs, ragged bagged totally shagged bashed walloped and murdered.

Worst thing they ever did was start doing those nasty cheap Jap imports of the unwanted 2nd hand ones.
Completely de-valued the GB specimins. cry

As previously ranted with mucho gusto by yours truly, it's not the cost of the car, or even the bass turd fuel, it's the piggin' thieving disgustingly obscene insurance cost that's the biggest killer and prevntion of getting you younger whipper snappers onto the road.
I could bloody weep for you's.

Do you have a basket?

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I bow to your obvious superior knowledge on them, as I've never owned one.
I know someone that did though, and he paid monstrous money for it with a view to keeping it mint and hopefully increase in value.
Unfortunately for him the import market exploded, and the previous rarity factor, and consequential high values all came tumbling down.
He lost intrest in it, it became tired looking, and he evntually got shut before it de-valued any further.

Nice ones are probably going back up again in £££'s now I'd have thought.

Couldn't make me mind up wheather it should go in the Music (now epic) thread, the movie thread or in 'ere.
Tossed a three sided coin, and 'ere won.

My claim to fame, wa that I competed against the directors son in my class at TyCroes Anglesy in a sprint meeting in 2002...iirc.
Needless to say, he was driving a mk1 Mini Cooper, and he was a really decent and interesting geezer to talk to.
Sent me a now treasured book on the Italian Job that he got his widowed Mum to sign.

Great movie and the drive through the alps is highly recommended.
