I used to marshal at Loton Park hill climb nr. Shrewsbury back in the 80's, and a V8 Moggy regualary used to compete there.
Always anticipated with the greatest of anticipations it was. Bloody flew like aheron on heat it did.
Apparently, the owner eventually wrote it off.
Such a shame, as he spent many many hundreds of hours turning it into the head turning beast that it really was
