If we get 4th it means chelsea and arsenal will most likely be out of cl.
With that in mind Hazard because he won't go to chelsea or arse without champions league, he'll cost around 30mil and with that in mind it'll be him or Lucas Moura or Mario Gotze.
Wouldn't expect Texeria to sign as that would be the plan providing we didnt get 4th.
Fully expect Gaston ramirez to sign regardless of 4th in the summer as we've scouted him too much not to sign him.
Last I'd expect a big name forward it could be Cavani if the fee is good value i.e roughly 30 mil if Napoli want above 40mil it won't happen. Then again Napoli signed him for 25mil Euros so would expect them to want a fee between 30-40mil.
But honestly I wouldn't expect cavani to sign and expect him to stay at Napoli. But there aren't many big name forwards at small clubs who are relatively young
