Enrique = our best signing raf was in charge. I remember when it was rumoured we were going in for him, a LOT of people on here weren't too happy.

Enrique has been amazing. I had my doubts as well but he has certainly put that to bed. Not only Enrique, our entire defense has been a brick wall this season. I know we've had some bad games but Skrtel/Agger has got to be one of the top 3 CB pairings in the league. And we have Carra/Coates for cover with Kelly as cover for Johnson. Great defense all around.

Top player but thought he looked a bit tired recently but I hope he doesn't get called up for spain from a selfish point of view

Along with Bellamy I think Enrique has been our best player this season, having said that I think the last few games he has really struggled, might be just a bit of fatigue or something, Eagles tortured him against Bolton recently which would'nt of happend earlier on in the season.

Best value for money player we have brought over the summer. Great left back and if he is not the best, he is definitely up there with the best at the moment.

My only concern at the moment is his crossing. A lot of his crosses seems to be floated in ones that give Carroll no chance of heading a good powerful header towards goal. He needs to whip ones in with a bit of pace into dangerous areas more often than those floated useless ones.
