Henderson is actually turning into a decent player when he gets some space in the middle, and he tracks back and makes a nuisance of himself without the ball. He's head and shoulders above Adam, even though the latter is picking up assists (and cards for careless challenges). Would be nice if people would stop harping on at him and actually watched him play a bit - much like Carroll who's been steadily improving for some time but people somehow refuse to see it.

Also thought Reina made a great save early on when Skrtel make a typical hash of a bouncing ball, he deserves more than a 6 as he did what he needed to. He's improved a lot has Skrtel, but he still has that blunder in him.

I think Bellamy was fatigued from the game time, and he drifted in and out of the game. Pleased he got a goal as reward for being a continual menace.

Carroll's definitely starting to make his presence count more, and we're playing a bit higher up the pitch which helps players get near him. I think Suarez popping up in the areas Kuyt has been will be much more dangerous because he is faster of foot and mind, and Bellers and Kuyt can alternate on the right in a front 3. Enrique needs to practice his crossing though - he's woeful at times.

Adam is not as bad as people think. He gets easily a 7 for me. Maybe 7.5 for 2 assists.

Agree with all of that except the 5 for henderson - it should be a 3 or 4. We've had a good run of results lately DESPITE henderson being a regular. Imagine what could happen if we weren't carrying him? We might already be in 4th place....

i was thinking you were being very harsh on the lad until i red the last centence, if you think we are not 4th because of hendo then you are very much mistaken. UTD have a SH!T midfield but the seem too do ok, its about 11 players not one player. the reality is liverpool players as a whole havee been poor all season. its not hendos fault

I dont know what u guys r on with henderson hes much improved and hes playing well at the mo. His pass to bellamy was excellent, he normally rolls in a defense splitting pass each game. He showed some good touches, also heard him get criticism for performance agaisnt man u were i felt he was gd again playing a ball to stevie that he shld of buried.
Also defensively we cant play gerrard and adam in centre watch the bolton game henderson offers stability and cover for the defense neither gerrard or adam r good at picking up midfield runners henderson does this kid has a great mentality and i only see him getting bettter when we signed him i was unconvinced ive been pleasently suprised by him.
I do know expect an entirely negative response as this forum seems to be full of entirely negative people which is the main reason i dont post as i like to support the team and players.

And if Utd 'did' have a sh!t midfield they wouldn't be joint top in the premier league. You may not like their players but they can't be 'sh!t!'

who do they have? apart from their wingers i wouldnt really want any of them here. am not saying that because its utd playrts, i would take young, nani, valencia in a heart beat but they are all wingers and not similar position to hendo
