If you think that then surely £20m is cheap? Absolutely lightning. He is lost at Arsenal because they play this quick passing football where they use 10 touches where 5 would do.

Put a player like Walcott in a side where someone like Suarez will make space for him and someone like Gerrard will find him then you have a side that can be real contenders. The lad has more European experience than all our summer signings put together and has an England hat trick under his belt. And he is a fan. Like Bellamy. Mind you that can go either way as so were Pennant and Keane.

Always hoped he would sign for us years ago. Still only 22. Not many his age with that level of experience. At a time when we are going to start having to look to replace Bellamy and Kuyt long term we could do a hell of a lot worse.

20m on walcott will be an absolute disaster. Enough is enough. Lets buy from outside for cheaper and stop with this english wave that is getting us nowhere.

I think at 15mill he would be a good buy and worth the risk based on the youth policy FSG are going with! If it were any higher then I doubt it becuse there would be better foreign players to get for that sum!

What's wrong with walcott? I've always thought he's a threat. And he's only 22 this year. 20m is a fair price considering arse paid 12m for him.

He's about as threatening as Babel....scary!
