I would say currently Neuer is ahead of Hart but on overall ability when at top form casillas is better remember the 4-0 win save after save.

Upcoming world class players IMO for 2014 WORLD CUP:
K-P Boateng, Gotze, Sturridge, Kroos, Lucas Leiva, Hummels, Kyriakos Papadopoulos,

Cech Haha now that's some funny stuff right there LOL. He is the best in the league by a long way reina second and its close between hart and casillas but hart is an unbelievable keeper will be the best as he is still very young.
