Ngog was not up to it. But the thing is we have paid 35 times orginal ngog price for someone worse.

Ngog scored a cracker v Arsenal for us first game last season but overall was never ever up to the standard. This was something that was tested over 3 or 4 years not just a couple of games. Every player is entitled every now and then for one good goal. At Liverpool he was really quite anonymous. Good bit of business selling him.

Ngog is rubbish AC will come good the anti andy brigade are probably the same ones slating Lucas. Dont buy into the media hype and give him time he has barley had a good run of games. We need another goalscorer without doubt though!

AC has a great left foot and if he gets more service like Stevie G was giving him the other night is good in the air. He has been below par alright but the service to him has been terrible. I wouldn't be too quick to throw him on the scrap heap
