It would help if you actually bothered to read the document released by the FA,Suarez has denied he used the term 'Negro' more than once.

but he has not denied using it has he once or 20 times not good enough is it .

You will be branded a racist or as having racially taunted someone.

Now, if I can ask a few simple questions too:

what if you didn't acutually say Dale, negro, negro, negro. But someone accused you of saying it and me and a few others here gave evidence to the effect that you told us in advance that you were going to say it. Say that on the basis of our statements, and that of the colleague who accused you at work (who actually started off by saying that you called him 'N1gger1' 10 times), your employers told you that they don't have any proof but on the balance of probabilities they've come to the opinion that you did say it. They may even say that they've seen your posts here and note that you have a tendency to wind people up whereas your colleague at work is whiter than white (excuse the pun). Furthermore, that as a result they've decided to sack you or suspend you without pay for 6 months and put your name in the national press as being a racist.

What would be your response? Will you apologise, accept the punishment or will you fight irrespective of whether anyone believes you?

Again,if you haven't read the document and haven't read why Suarez and in what context Suarez claims he used the term there is no point trying to talk about it.

I will agree that he should have known better and should be warned as to his conduct in the future by the club,I personally don't think an appeal is a great idea,he has to learn things don't work the same but people openly declaring him a racist are very wrong.

LFC acknowledged within 30 minutes of the incident that he used it once. That is not in dispute. But that should only carry a 2 to 4 game ban.

LFC originally denied that Suarez called Evra a 'N1gger' - and that denial has been accepted as being correct.

LFC and suarez now dispute that Suarez used the term Negro more than once, wheras the panel have declared that they believe Evra and have therfore upped the ban to 8 games.

ok next home game you call a player or another supporter i dont like you because your black or you are gay or whatever , and some one reports you to the club , which the club every game encourage people to do with an announcement before evey game , i guarantee you that you will not have a season ticket it would be revoked and you would be banned from the club , now how can a fan be banned for that , but a player is innocent ?

How am I supposed to know,I tell ya what, you do it and report back but make sure there is evidence that you do it so it is not your word against another if you are going to deny it later.
