It's a stitch up alright, but you know it may well work to LFC's advantage, though not Suarez's personally, as we are likely to be more effective up front without Suarez for all his magic, as his individualist performances didn't result in goals scored. So while I feel for Suarez on a personal level, I think the FA may have failed in their objective to damage LFC's prospects. The issue now for LFC is how far, and at what cost, will it go to support Suarez in all of this? I think the club management should do some situational analysis, including some lateral thinking around all of this, before it starts to affect on field performances,as it will do if it becomes a full blown war between LFC and the FA, with the media on the side of the FA for once.

I've almost read all 114 point/pages and what I gather is:
Evra started the debate with an insult, which should be a 2 match ban similar to the 2 of the 8 suarez got.

Next it's one mans word against another no other input from any players regaring what was said on the pitch. In court you can't find anyone guilty based on that.

Evra seemed to supply more evidence compared with Suarez thus the majority of the report is based on what Evra said, although when reading it can be seen as being biased I doubt it.

The only player who had any involvement bar evra and suarez is kuyt and his evidence seems to be not taken into account due to it being presumed to be inaccurate as it partially agrees with what evra said to the referee. i.e kuyt thought he heard him say your booking me because I'm black because he defo heard the word negro used towards the ref, whereas in evras words he said he had been called black to the referee. The panel thus think kuyt's account of what happened to be inaccurate or not compelling.

Before these papers came out the fa said they can't charge players for using foul language against one another so Evra can't get a ban for starting the arguement.

But Evra and suarez both admit that he called suarez a south american which like negro can be skewed as racial or just a noun in english but not in spanish in south america and vice versa although obviously with negro it's more obvious as negro literally means black.

The fa sided with evras claims due to the heated discusiion in which it was taking place, the pinch with surez did to evra which both agree upon and their facial expressions and body language.

Suarez claimed he pinched evra after evra told him he'll kick him, and after evra asked why he had been fouled by suarez.
the aim of the pinch was to show evra he's not untouchable and could be fouled again.
in Suarez's evidence he says he tried to diffuse the situation of the original foul, but then after evra said he'd kick him he pinched him.

The fa basically belive evra over suarez for the plain reason that when they were examining surez using a translator they don't belive that suarez attaempted to difuse the sitation down if he attempted to pinch evra and thus they belive evra.

in my opinion I think suarez's views were intepreted in this way when being examined due to it being a loss in tranlstion.

Upon appeal I think the ban will be reduced maybe not by the fa but by the court of arrbiration, the ban woun't dissapear but it'll go down to 1-2 games.

I hope the reds worldwide dissect this and destroy the credibility. of the fa (online) as there's little balanced opinion out there from the hacks

It seems they have just taken one mans word over another. And it's the word of a man who along with his manager spouted abouted in the press prior to it being brought to trial.

How can they say they don't believe Suarez is racist and punish him for racial abuse? Thats like if I murdered someone and was found guilty, the judge saying I wasn't a murderer!

That should be in our appeal that Evra needs to be punished as he started it, anyone who gets threatened and abused will 99% of the time retaliate.

Does evra speak Suarez's language. In a heated discussion I find it hard to believe anyone can pick up what a person who speaks a different language is actually saying. I dont buy this crap and its nice to know there are people making a boat load of money drawing up these 114 pages Its nice to see what the FA does with they're billions.
