Firstly I don't want him, but say were are testing the water with him. As long as we don't spend too much on him, could be worth an 18 month punt. Most teams get 18 good months out of him before he. goes loopy. Even on loan to fire us into champ league then get rid. plus 1. i want him on loan, if we had him we will be best placed to finish 4th

Loan would be the best way. Either that or make an agreement with him that if he gives us a good 18 months we will send him off to Brazil to the team of his choice.

This article makes an interesting point. If he features in less than 10% of their games, they could be forced to release him on a free transfer. I would sure as hell take him for free.

i agree but i think if tevez signs forget about the CL , he is trouble and has loads of unwanted baggage sorry he is a good player but liverpool dont need his bad attitude .

dont tink hes worth the risk even for free, a great player but no idea what loyalty is, think he would upset the squad & hed wand bigger wages than joe cole!

I think Mancini is an average manager who can't control his players. I think a manager like Kenny would demand/command his respect. He always gives 100% on the pitch. Is it a risk? Maybe, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. I think the pay off could be worth the risk.
