I have a soft spot for Beardsley, thought that he was brilliant, and super ugly, which reminded me of the underdogs of the world. Was sold to soon.

... that i have seen, gerrard, torres, alonso. players i haven't watched (going on the odd book i've read and stories and what not) i'd say kenny, keegan and hunt. but i have a soft spot for stevie highway, brilliant player. brilliant name.

Fowler/SG... both
all match winners, with that xtra ability to make ur jaw drop, with a piece of skill, that makes them the best of the best.

as good as Robbie was he was not a patch on Rush and generally wasted his career through negligence. I would loved shanks or Paisley to have got him at 18 rather than souey and Evans.
I thought ol crazy horse was some player and right up there - Thats Emlyn Hughes for the whipper snappers on here.

Surprised that in the amount of players mentioned so far, nobody has mentioned Sami Hyypia. Has to be one of the best centre backs that the club has ever had and served the club well for 10 years.
