I don't get some fans. Hendo started slowly, got dropped, came on and played much better, almost winning the match twice. Instead of encouraging or giving credit where it's due - people would rather keep slating him. Are you that determined to write off a 20 year old after a handful of appearances? Wishing Hendo or Carroll to fail is not supporting your club!
Kop, you will find that only one person in this thread possibly 2, I have not seen more than 1 yet tho that has slated Hendersen for his performances. I think we can all agree he has not hit the ground running in the first few games but his performance against United was very good and an improvement. This could be because he was in the centre. Everyone else is praising him for that little cameo but its just a minority calling for his head at the moment. I certainly think he deserves a start in his favourite position since Lucas is out for the next game so he can show us what he is capable of and you never know, we may find a good system that works without Lucas as an extra option.
