If true its promising,i think they will go for a newbuild tho,just cant see Anfield having the space to revamp to 70,000 seater,so fingers crossed it all goes well.

Playing that wonderful brand of footy were currently at, would we fill 70,000 every single week. I think with our. loyal. Fan base we would but it would be the love of the club not to see us playing really entertaining ball
Maybe a little but that what the naming rights money would cover. The sponsor would get world wide recognition and publicity, and the club gets the cash to build the stadium.
Great news by the way...but i'm still hoping to get to Anfield before it's no longer our home ground!
