Anyone seen lawless? I hear its good and also I really like Shia LaBeouf. what from transformers or indiana jones? he's crapseen lawless and disappointed cause same directer that did the proposition and not anywhere near that good guy pearce is brilliant in it tho. Thought he was great in transformers and although indiana jones was a poor film he was good in it. Also great in Disturbia and Wall Street. Disturbia was a great film I thought. He was half decent in Eagle Eye as well.

bit silly for me that film...the road was one depressing class type like that tho Very good film, but yeah, the most depressing film ever. I went and did the tour of the Jameson brewery one morning with a few friends, had a couple of whiskeys, then a few pints and then into the cinema to see that. Talk about a buzzkill.

My favourites: John Carpenter's The Thing, Gangs of New York, Terminator 2 and then basically any dystopian type film like 1984, A Boy and His Dog or Mad Max Hunger Games was a great dystopian movie, great read too... Really love those sort of films too Ken. Haven't seen The Hunger Games, Derek. Didn't know it was along those lines though. Must check that out.

One of the funniest movies ever has to be The Cable Guy. Jim Carrey was brilliant in it. Absolutely love this scene http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XNc9phYujWY

That's a quality comedy alright!
Went to see The Hobbit today, finally. Pretty damn good, really enjoyed it! Very impressive on an IMAX screen too!

Just went to see Gangster Squad. Excellent movie - highly recommend it! Sean Penn, Josh Brolin and Ryan Gosling are all brilliant in it - and Emma Stone is a babe
