A win is a win. We have to play better next week though or we wont win. Flat in the 2nd half again or just out of shape like previously suggested in another thread.

thought Carroll played really well in hindsight. He contested for the ball well and allowed Suarez and Downing to come into the contest

Only just seen the game on match of the day, couldn't judge too much from it but what they did show was that it looked like Carrol was having a better game, i.e nearly setting up suarez then unlucky to hit the post.
Also Wolves changed their tactics, this meant they were scared of us rather than play to their own strenghs. I'm loving that as that in my opinion is why man utd win so many games as teams try to stop them, rather than just take the game to them.
Going to be an interesting October with alot of difficult games.

I thought they changed their formation so they can attack with two forwards and two out and out wingers?

Well maybe that's what's wrong with us. I see other big teams have no problem leaving big money signings on the bench if their not playing well, David Luis, berbatov , chamachk ( excuse spelling) !! David luis wasn't playing due to injury and chamackh was a free transfer not a big money signing. But I guess 1 out of 3 aint bad...

Going to be an interesting October with alot of difficult games. Not unlucky to hit the post from 5 yards out. Should have buried it so it's a poor poor header. Not unlucky, his own fault. Yes because moving to a more attacking formation shows they are scared of us...that makes so much sense.

Ok my fault about the accuracy but surely you get the point..AVB has left drogba, torres on bench, city have a gizillion worth on bench, utd do it and these are the targets to beat...
