very harsh kopite, I thought he did exeptionally well. He has regained full fitness it seems, he just needs to start scoring, a bit unfortunate not to get on the sheet tonight

Carroll has been miles better than Skrtel and Henderson today - Stop going on about his price tag and change the record! +1

They want him to fail - they are willing him to fail - it's absurd and un-liverpool like!
rubbish. thats absolute nonsense. he's not performing, are we not allowed to point that out? You must be blind or a closet manc. He was of of our best performers today - held up the ball, played Suarez in a few times, won key defensive headers, hit the post from the only decent cross put in, and almost carved out a good chance at the end. seems you cant make a point without calling people who disagree with you mancs, youre making yourself look like an idiot.
Luis Garcia, He drinks sangria He came from Barca, to bring us Joy He's five foot seven, he's football heaven please don't take my Luis away.

carroll did quite well today. it was far from a world class performance but he was definitely not as bad as some of you may seem to think.
i think you could see improvement in his performance already last weekend and it was even better today. he worked harder and showed good vision a couple of times. he was a threat in the air and was unlucky not to get a goal.
is there room for improvement? hell yea. im still expecting to see a lot more from him...

Not long got in from going the match, welcome three points but my, my should we really be hanging on for dear life at home to Wolves having spent 125 million pound since we last played them at Anfield. Andy Carroll did get involved a bit more but at the end of the day he's supposed to score goals and it's another game he never, 35 million pounds to Newcastle for him is a complete joke, am starting to think Dalglish delibrately gave them over the odds because he f*cked them up when he was manager there and wanted to make up for it. I just hope Suarez never gets injured because he's the only difference between us and the Wolves, Fulham's and Blackburn's of this world. I think there was another occasion today where Dalglish lost the plot with another bizzare team selection, how he could leave Kuyt and Bellamy out is baffling but not a shock given it's Dalglish we are talking about.

That's not true at all. I have plenty of friendly debates with people that can articulate a contrary position - and welcome it. What I (as well as King Kenny) am taking umbrage to is the attempt to doggedly assassinate the character of one of our players after only his third start this season. How many anti-Carroll threads have there been now? And how many negative comments singling him out when he was one of our better players today? I expect the Mancs and Chavs to deride him and continually go on about his price-tag. I expect support and encouragement from the kop - simple! [/quote] Look I been all for Caroll before, I been saying he will come good, he will come good. But I have not seen much evidence of it. We signed him in January, what good is it i f he is just starting to settle in.
