Had time to reflect on the weekend’s horror show 30 hours later it gets no better. However I have more perspective and thinking what is our main concern? Whatever you think of Kenny, his tactics, his signings he is going nowhere for the foreseeable. Henry he has been in charge for almost a year and still the long term plan for the club remain unclear. However that is strategic and probably too wide a subject to get worried over at this point. I was concerned over the competition for 4th spot but an unexpected bonus has been Arsenal’s demise but I am sure they will come back before the seasons out and will be putting pressure on us. Forget Everton or Stoke once the season has a few months under its belt they will find their level. So what is my main concern? Spurs! they did not just win because our tactics were poor or our team was woeful they actually were better than us not a bit better but a lot better from the first minute to the last. They have a very strong squad too. Its Spurs we need to watch and on Sunday’s evidence we are the underdogs by some way.

i have to admit on sundays performance spurs are a lot better than i tought they were. having said that i dont think we could have played any worse and i think we will get a lot better than that. i think the next 3 league games are very important for morale as much as anything, bad results over the next 3 games and the confidence could be shattered. lets hope we can get a few results starting with wolves.

my foremost concern is the game against wolves, because as of right now its the next must win game. no point looking beyond it theres a hell of a long way to go. 1 game at a time.

no need to worry about spurs they're far from untouchable. we will finish 4th, i have little doubt about that. we have some teething problems and against spurs we were embarrassing and had a lot of bad luck. this is the time when we need to have patience and a bit of faith in the people in charge - no not blind faith - but its not like they are in the 6th year of a 5 year plan, success in football takes time, so lets give kenny and co. a bit, shell we?

Brighton should be a big indicator about the state the managers and players minds, if the manager plays a weakened team it will answer a few more questions I already know about him and I full expect to find out in the first 20 mins wether the players have the bottle for the fight or simply dont want to be there because make no mistake brighton are going to be well and truly up for this, biggest game they have played for years and years and in there brand new home stadium.
