i think thats been stated before legend and yes there are arguments that say well no cl,wages etc...but if not them then others of similar calibre and stature.instead of downing,nzogbia was 10m.or tbh why not just keep the money in the pocket until the quality required was right.spending the 35m on carrol at the time was a massive wow factor..a huge statement of intent by lfc...but its sad to know and realise that that statement of intent has bought a dummy and whilst not looking foolish it does seem laughable that kenny paid 20m over the odds for carrol.hes a lazy lump who needs a good kick up the backside to get him moving..either that or move him on quickly.
