The exact timing of Owen's goal was 95.32

That goal should never have stood when there were only 4 mins of injury time. The refs are buckling under the pressure again.

Unfortunately thats why there Champions, Ferguson signed Owen for that very reason and it's the main reason United are the best, because of Ferguson's judgement.

No one is disputing Ferguson's judgment in signing Owen. I am merely disputing the timing of the goal.

Yes there was, and that's why the ref added FOUR minutes, and not 6...
I feel sorry for City who did a fantastic job coming back from behind 3 times, only to see the ref giving all 3 points to the scum...

The penalty claim came two mins before Chelsea got the second. Things may have turned out differently but in the end you've got to give it to Chelsea, they were the better team in every department.

But it would have been interesting to see how things would have been different.

yeah the injury time doesnt really bother me, between the 5 goals in normal time, the substitutions and then bellamys goal in the 90th min the added time was fair enought.... did you see the smile on his face in his interview afterwards, he was delighted with himself

On a bigger picture though, what would have been a better score for Pool?

1. Draw game meaning: City and Manu both 1 point ahead, with City having 1 game in hand
2. Win for Manu: Manu is 3 points ahead of Pool, City level with 1 game in hand
3. Win for City: Manu level with Pool, City ahead by 3 points with game in hand

IMO, 3 would have been disatrous because we would have to chase back the 6 points we are behind City. 1 and 2 are better options, and keeps both within touching distance of Pool! Of course, a draw would have been most ideal, but given the cirsumstances, Pool is at least 3rd in position currently!
