Is there a rule that says he needs to be over 17 to go on loan?

He's too young, he can't go on loan - case closed. I wouldn't send him out on loan just yet anyway, he has more developing to do in the youths/reserves before it gets to that stage, imo. There's a few other players we could offer Bolton on loan ahead of him, like Shelvey, Pacheco or Wilson.

All I see is Cahill coming. Good news. After that get Bryan Ruiz, he begging to come to the BPL, even open to fulham, for only 12mil. Easily as good as Hazard. Then go for Papiss Demba Cisse. Ah, if only iy came true.

papiss cisse seems a very good player never seen or heard of him but 102 goals in 203 appearances (if my math is correct) sounds good to me and still only 26, sign him up ken.
